History & Mission

History

The Nonprofit Resource Center (NRC), a program of the Volunteer Center of Riverside County, was founded as the Resource Center for Nonprofit Management in 1998 by a group of regional nonprofits whose representatives felt a need to build the capacity of all nonprofit organizations in Riverside County.

Our Mission

To provide leadership and professional development resources that strengthen the nonprofit sector.
