The Long-Care Ombudsman Program
A free and confidential service that maintains and improves the quality of life for residents in long-term care facilities throughout Riverside County.
The Ombudsman Program is a community volunteer who is trained and state certified to objectively investigate and resolve problems of residents of nursing homes and board and care homes.
